呀!我找到了答案：根鳥是個男孩，他家在菊坡。有一天他獨自外出打獵的時候，無意中射到了一只白鷹。白鷹的腿上有一張紙條，上面寫著：“我叫紫煙，我在采花的時候掉進了峽谷里，快來救救我呀!”當晚，根鳥與父親尋遍了附近的山谷毫無收獲后，根鳥義不容辭地踏上了西尋紫煙之路。途中，根鳥結(jié)識了板金先生。板金先生的家族得了一種超級奇怪的毛病，凡是這個家族的男子，一到十八歲，便突然不能做夢。板金先生為了追隨夢，一直向西走。板金和根鳥都是為了達到自己的目的，不斷努力，就算上刀山、下火海，也在所不惜。
板金先生到達鶯店時，他的人生就要走到盡頭了。臨終時，他告訴根鳥：要一直往西走，要堅持不懈，一定要找到那個大峽谷。根鳥經(jīng)歷了各種困難，這些困難磨練了他。終于，他到達了開滿百合花的大峽谷，看見白色的鷹在空中飛翔……
根鳥是一個敢于追求夢想的男孩!讀完這部書，讓我知道了人在追求自己夢想的道路上，會遇到各種困難、挫折、迷惑，但一定不能放棄。要像根鳥一樣：盡管錢丟了，但他還是勇往直前;雖然被人雇傭了，但他還是努力想出各種辦法;盡管生病發(fā)高燒，但他仍不會停歇下來，執(zhí)著地往前走!
其實，堅持是一種力量，更是獲得成功與勝利的腳步!我想這和我們學(xué)習(xí)是一樣的，不管理想有多遠，只要我們向著自己的目標堅持不懈的努力，才有可能獲得最后的成功。
